Rally Softball was founded with a simple belief: when athletes come together with heart, focus, and determination, incredible things can happen. What began as a small, passionate softball community in Texas has grown into a multi-state program united by a shared mission—to elevate young athletes and create a culture where confidence, character, and competitiveness thrive.

Our coaches are volunteer coaches with years of coaching experience, they regularly attend coaching clinics and are members of national youth softball organizations. 

 

As families and coaches connected with our vision, Rally expanded beyond its Texas roots. Today, our program proudly includes chapters in Northern Michigan, Northern Colorado, and Southern Colorado, each one carrying forward the same standards of excellence, sportsmanship, and player development that shaped our beginning.

Even as we grow, our core remains unchanged: build athletes who not only play the game well but love it deeply. Every Rally chapter is a reflection of that purpose—local communities coming together to support their players, celebrate progress, and compete with integrity.
